maintenance of treatment units
We offer maintenance according to precise manufacturer specifications for dental chairs and treatment units of the brands Sirona, KaVo, Heka, Castelini, Ritter and Thomas M1.
Depending on the unit, filters, O-rings, membranes, water tanks and important hoses are replaced.
Maintenance not only serves to keep your treatment chair ready for use and thus save you from possible treatment downtime, but also to maintain the hygienic standard of your treatment unit.
At the same time, our service technicians inspect your dentist's chair and can point out any damage or critical areas and, if desired, also fix them. For example, in the case of Sirona, a leaky drain pump that sits on the electric drive of the almagan separator and, due to its leak, would lead to the necessary replacement of the expensive separator components in the near future.
After that, we always offer you a DGUV V3 test if your last test was not too long ago.

Be careful when servicing treatment units !!
Some of our competitors offer supposedly very cheap maintenance, and in doing so, maintenance which, depending on the manufacturer, would take around 4 to 5 hours is actually done in an hour or half an hour, and the entire maintenance costs less than the maintenance kit alone from the manufacturer. So be careful, because what use is a comparison with a car, for example, if you take your car in for a major inspection where the timing belt, oil and air filter should be changed and in the end you only have the air filter changed and they tell you the maintenance is done and you think you have saved money, but in the end you have simply paid a lot for little service and important things have not even been touched.
It is therefore best to ask several providers what the maintenance kits alone cost and how much working time the manufacturer estimates for this. Be skeptical if the prices differ too much.
And it's best to have the replaced parts demonstrated to you at the end.
