 The high-temperature speed sintering furnace LHT 01/16 Turbo Fire was developed for the speed sintering of 1 - 3 individual crowns made of translucent zirconium oxide up to a maximum temperature of 100 °C1600 °C. The entire sintering process can be completed within an hour. The furnace is ideal for chairside production at the dentist or for urgent work in the dental laboratory. The electrically operated lifting table enables convenient loading. The all-round heating of the furnace chamber with six heating elements made of molybdenum disilicide ensures very good temperature uniformity and fast heating times. The special insulation with low heat capacity also ensures short cooling times. The heating elements, which are tailored to the process, avoid chemical interactions between the charge and the furnace components as best as possible and offer a long service life.

 The crowns are inserted into a capsule made of technical ceramic. The starter set for charging is already included in the delivery. The high-temperature rapid sintering furnace LHT 01/16 Turbo Fire sinters up to 3 individual crowns within an hour. All common temperature curves for the speed sintering of translucent zirconium oxide can be programmed.

 The colorful, high-contrast 6.8-inch touch display enables convenient program entry on the large screen. Programs can be displayed graphically and in tabular form. The free MyNabertherm app, a powerful addition to the Nabertherm control system, allows the furnace to be conveniently monitored online via mobile devices. The process progress can be tracked and push notifications inform you about faults.
