 for sintering translucent zirconium oxide
 Due to their maximum temperature of 1650 °C and their large furnace chamber, the high-temperature sintering furnaces are ideal for sintering translucent zirconium oxide. The electrically driven lifting table makes loading the high-temperature furnace much easier. The all-round heating of the cylindrical furnace chamber ensures very even temperature uniformity.

 Equipped with special heating elements made of molybdenum disilicide, chemical interactions between the charge and the furnace components are virtually eliminated. The sintered material is placed in containers made of technical ceramics. Up to two charge containers for max. The LHT 02/17 LB Speed offers space for up to three capsules for max. 25 individual crowns per level and thus guarantees high productivity.

 The high-temperature sintering furnaces are also equipped with a drying and forced cooling function. For residual drying, the furnace remains open in gaps when heating up to a defined temperature, thus ensuring reliable moisture removal. For accelerated cooling, the furnace is automatically opened step by step according to the program. Depending on the batch and the firing capsules used, total cycle times of less than two and a half hours can be achieved with these high-temperature furnaces. The furnaces can be individually programmed for all recommended sintering curves of all zirconium oxide manufacturers.
